The murine RNase inhibitor is recombinantly expressed in E. coli and purified for use. It specifically inhibits RNases A, B, and C. This inhibitor can be directly added to various reactions that require high RNA integrity, such as in vitro transcription and translation, as well as cDNA synthesis.
