NaviScript® RT Master Mix with gDNA Sweeper

NaviScript® RT Master Mix with gDNA Sweeper is an efficient reverse transcription kit specifically designed for Real Time RT-PCR reactions. The RT Mix in the kit contains a thermostable reverse transcriptase, which supports reverse transcription reactions at temperatures up to 80°C. An alternative version with a red tracking dye is also available.
