NaviScript® High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is an advanced Pfu polymerase mutant with enhanced fidelity, featuring 5'→3' polymerase activity and 3'→5' exonuclease (proofreading) activity. The amplified products have blunt ends. It is ideal for molecular cloning, library construction, and other PCR applications requiring high fidelity.
